Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate work on construction sites, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality are respected until project completion
- Work closely with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Ensure administrative and technical follow-up of projects
- Prepare measurements and bids
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and local regulations
- Participate in site meetings and write minutes
- Manage unforeseen events and propose suitable solutions
Qualifications
- HES, EPF diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in Project Management, ideally in Switzerland
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and administrative processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and organisation
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office), Autocad, MSProject and Messerli (an advantage)
- Organisational skills, autonomy, rigour and priority management
- Team spirit, stress resistance and adaptability
- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
