* Advise clients on Swiss occupational pension schemes
* Analyze pension plans and develop tailored, compliant solutions
* Support plan design, restructuring, and governance
* Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance
* Collaborate with insurers, pension funds, and internal teams
Profile
* Degree in actuarial science, finance, law, or related field
* Certified Swiss pension expert or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of Swiss pension law and practice
* Analytical, client-focused, and fluent in German and English (French as a plus)
