Your impact
Lead & develop an international team
You will manage and grow a multicultural team (Spain, India, Ukraine), strengthening performance, motivation, and collaboration in a fast‑moving environment.
* Actively engage with existing clients and expand business opportunities
* Take the team with you on client meetings
* Listen to client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
* Build sustainable client relationships and maximize account value
* Pick up the phone, meet customers, and drive delivery excellence
Grow our contracting business
* Full responsibility for the contracting portfolio in Basel
* Opportunity to further develop our perm recruiting business
Ensure operational excellence
* Oversee recruitment operations, performance metrics, and financial results
* Support bid processes and contribute to competitive proposals
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and internal guidelines
What you bring
Must‑haves
* Strong tech recruitment background (contracting essential)
* Experience in the pharma/chemical market highly beneficial
* A sales‑driven, farming‑oriented mindset — you are active in the market, not passive
* Proven leadership experience or participation in a leadership development program
* Senior Consultants with first leadership or mentoring responsibilities are welcome
* Ability to lead diverse, international teams (big advantage)
* Fluent English; German is helpful but not essential
* Knowledge of the Basel talent market
* Experience in cross‑border recruitment (CH/DE/FR)
