The Role
Own technology vision and build engineering team (2→10+ engineers)
Architect scalable AI‑powered fintech platform
Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems
Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy
Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally
True co‑founder ownership, not VP Eng.
Qualifications
4+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership
Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue)
Deep AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, RAG, fine‑tuning)
Fintech / financial services / wealth management background
Hired and scaled engineering teams
Ideally based in Zurich or Zug
Bonus: Startup founder / early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth management
