Job Description – Revenue & Reservation Manager

This position represents a strategic opportunity for a professional seeking to lead both revenue optimization and the performance of the Reservations department. As a Revenue & Reservation Manager, you play a key role in maximizing the hotel’s revenue while ensuring a seamless and efficient reservation experience.

With dual responsibilities in Revenue Management and Reservations, you develop a 360° understanding of the commercial cycle—from demand analysis to inventory distribution and the operational management of reservations. This integrated approach enables informed and consistent decision-making that directly impacts the hotel’s overall performance.

As the leader of Revenue Management, you define, implement, and monitor pricing and inventory strategies based on market trends, forecasts, and historical performance. You oversee RMS tools and distribution platforms to ensure continuous optimization of RevPAR and other key performance indicators.

At the same time, you supervise the Reservations department to guarantee high-quality handling of inquiries, data accuracy, and alignment with pricing policies across all channels. You ensure operational practices fully support revenue objectives while maintaining an impeccable guest experience.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management

1. Define and lead pricing strategies in line with the hotel’s commercial objectives.

2. Analyze commercial performance and key indicators (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, .

3. Oversee inventory management and availability optimization.

4. Develop and update business forecasts based on market trends.

5. Ensure accurate updates and consistency across RMS tools and distribution platforms.

6. Produce and present performance reports to the management team and other departments.

7. Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.

Reservations

8. Supervise the handling of individual reservations across all distribution channels.

9. Ensure data accuracy, adherence to pricing policies, and consistency in distribution.

10. Develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

11. Lead and support the Reservations team to maintain a high level of service in line with LQA standards.

12. Collaborate closely with operational teams to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes.

13. Manage administrative follow-up, complex reservation cases, and customer issue resolution.

About you :

14. Excellent analytical skills and solid proficiency with computer and data‑processing tools.

15. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and rigorous in execution.

16. Good understanding of hotel operations and their impact on commercial performance.

17. Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

18. Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

19. Previous experience in Reservations & Revenue Management, in a 5* environment is preferred

20. Genuine affinity with the W Hotels universe and its core pillars: Body, Taste, Scene, Sound, Stance.

Long term contract, starting in April 2026.
