To complete our teams, at our Boudry facility, we are looking for a: Quality Methods Technician The Quality Methods Technician is responsible for designing and implementing control processes to ensure product compliance with customer requirements. Supporting production and control teams, he plays a key role in the continuous improvement of quality processes within the company. Job description: Develop and implement control plans to ensure compliance with our specifications, validate and update control plans and programs for measuring tools (notably OGP Flash 200, QMT). Ensure the follow-up of metrology equipment (calibration, maintenance) in our system tasks: Quality Methods: Design and update control plans (Quick Control, Excel), in direct connection with standards. Metrology: Analyze needs, advise on equipment, and ensure the reliability of measuring tools (capabilities, studies, and Statistical Process Control (SPC)). Support: Formalize control standards, train production teams, and deploy a culture of metrology within the company. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve quality issues with a proactive approach, collaborating with teams. Profile and Knowledge: CFC in Quality Technician in microtechnology or equivalent basic technical training, good mastery of control and testing methods, metrology, industrial blueprint reading, and SPC. Technical skills: Quality control, metrology, process capability of tools Quick Control, Metromax, and related software.
