Your Tasks
* AI Concept & Strategy: Capture and analyze AI needs from top management and marketing teams. Spot tech trends (GenAI, Agents, etc.) and identify new opportunities for the Swiss Krono Group.
* Rapid Prototyping: Develop agile concepts, run quick feasibility studies (PoCs/MVPs), and deliver ‘quick win’ solutions that move the needle.
* Project Management: Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and tech providers. Independently test and validate new AI tools (Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, etc.).
* Implementation: Lead the rollout of AI solutions, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
* Knowledge Sharing: Build internal AI capabilities through demos and best‑practice sessions.
* Compliance: Ensure all AI activities meet data protection and internal compliance standards. Administer AI platforms and interfaces for the company.
Your Profile
* Education: University degree (Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science) or similar. Ambitious graduates welcome!
* Background: Either business‑focused with a passion for tech/AI, or tech‑driven with a solid grasp of business processes and marketing/sales.
* Experience: Initial hands‑on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and basic knowledge of agentic AI and workflow automation. Familiarity with AI platforms (Google AI, OpenAI/Microsoft Azure, etc.) is a plus.
* Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking. Digital mindset with the ability to explain complex tech in simple terms. Basic knowledge of agile project methods. Awareness of data protection, IT security, and AI regulations (EU AI Act).
* Attitude: Self‑motivated, curious, and success‑driven. Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented. Quick to grasp and implement new ideas. Excellent communicator and team player. Open to innovation and change. Resilient and flexible.
Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus.
Mobility: Based in Switzerland, willing to travel between company sites and to external partners. Driver’s license desirable.
