Job Description:
An award-winning multi family office that acts for clients across a variety of sectors is looking to hire a trust administrator for its Geneva office in Switzerland.
The successful candidate will support a team with the management of a portfolio of trusts and companies by assisting with daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:
1. Assist with client onboarding and the formation of new trusts and companies.
2. Populate and maintain trust and company information in the data system.
3. Open trust and company bank accounts.
4. Execute payments and other bank transactions.
5. Set up and maintain statutory records.
6. Prepare trustee resolutions and minutes of director and shareholder meetings.
7. Prepare KYC packs and compliance questionnaires.
8. Assist with the completion of compliance and tax reports and returns.
9. Produce financial reports and other helpful reports as may be requested.
To be suitable for this role, you will have three+ years’ experience in the trust industry. Further education is advantageous. You must be fluent in English (other languages are an asset) and proficient in all relevant IT programmes. Excellent communication and organisation skills, outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team with a positive and supportive attitude are essential. You should also be able to work independently, use initiative, and prioritise work appropriately while maintaining a dedicated and highly professional attitude with commitment to best practice.
