Project Manager / Site Manager – External Joinery
Activity
External joinery projects:
Windows
Entrance doors
Landing doors
Shutters
Interior sills and pelmets
The products are designed, surveyed and installed by our teams , with manufacturing carried out by our industrial partners.
Your tasks
Conducting surveys and taking measurements on site
Preparation and monitoring of AUTOCAD technical files
Placing and following up supplier orders
Organisation and supervision of construction sites
Participation in site meetings
Monitoring quality, costs and deadlines
Liaison with clients, architects and project managers
Profile sought
Proven experience in external joinery or building envelope
Good knowledge of closure products
Autonomy, rigour and organisational skills
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
