Director of After-Sales Service for Heating
We are seeking a leader with vision and operational expertise to direct our after-sales service for heating in the Swiss Romande region.
Responsibilities:
* Direct the after-sales service for heating across the Swiss Romande region.
* Lead a team of 95 collaborators, including 8 in direct management.
* Supervise operations from the Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz regional center.
* Work closely with sales, technical support, and administration teams to drive activity with a focus on quality of service, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* Contribute actively to strategy while remaining close to the field and operational realities.
* Play a key role in developing internal skills, improving processes, and promoting innovation in practices.
As a reference point for clients B2B and B2C, you will ensure high-quality services on-site.

* A basic education in building technology, complemented by ongoing training in management or business economics, justifies your experience in directing a technical or after-sales service, ideally in the CVC sector.
* With your linguistic skills in German and French, you are comfortable in intercultural exchanges and multilingual Swiss environments.
