YOUR CHALLENGES * Coordinating and processing of customer and internal claims * Leading 8D Teams * Observing quality performance, driving continuous improvement and leading Q-innovation projects * Driving quality mindset within the production center by providing Q-trainings * Take up quality topics and act as interface towards Production, Business Units, Engineering and Corporate Quality * Planning and performing internal audits YOUR COMPETENCIES * Technical education with advanced training in quality management * Degree in quality management or bachelor in engineering preferred * Solid experience in the use of key quality tools such as 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa, etc. * Experience with internal and external audits * Fluent in English and German
