* Welcome and advise our customers with professionalism and dynamism
* Plan and coordinate workshop appointments
* Open, monitor and close repair orders
* Ensure smooth communication between customers, the workshop and suppliers
* Guarantee precise and efficient administrative follow-up
* Monitor warranties, quotes, invoicing and customer files
* Optimise vehicle downtime
* Actively participate in customer satisfaction and loyalty
YOUR PROFILE
* Technical or commercial training in automotive, commercial vehicles or logistics
* Experience as an after-sales service advisor or in a similar role
* Very good organisational and prioritisation skills
* Comfortable with IT tools and ERP systems
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
* Proactive, autonomous and positive personality
