Responsibilities
* Teach Business across all year groups from Grade 9 to Grade 12, including IB Business Management at Higher and Standard Level.
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that promote inquiry‑based learning and business acumen.
* Act as a tutor; pastoral responsibilities may be included as part of the role.
* Engage actively in the school’s extra‑curricular programs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support and develop cross‑disciplinary learning opportunities.
Requirements
* University degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related field.
* Recognised teaching qualification.
* IB Diploma Programme teaching experience (desirable but not essential).
* Proven experience teaching diverse learners in an international context.
* Commitment to student‑centered learning and engagement in both academic and co‑curricular programs.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to contribute positively to a collaborative, multicultural environment.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to engage in the life of a residential school.
* Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship is an advantage.
* More than 3 years of work experience in education.
* Master’s degree from a university or equivalent.
* English: very good oral and written knowledge.
* German: basic oral knowledge, none written.
