As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a highly driven Real Estate Private Debt Specialist to strengthen our team and support the expansion of our structured real estate financing activities.

Location: Lausanne, Geneva, Nyon, or Sion.
Your Mission
You will play a key role in the origination, structuring, and execution of private real estate debt transactions, with a strong focus on bridge financing and mezzanine solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Origination & Business Development
* Develop and expand Bridge Capital’s private debt offering in Switzerland
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Wealth managers, Business introducers and intermediaries
* Source and originate bridge loan and mezzanine financing opportunities
* Continuously strengthen and grow our B2B network
Credit Analysis & Structuring
* Analyze and structure bridge loans
* Analyze and structure private debt solutions through bonds, private loans, and/or equity structures
* Conduct in‑depth real estate and financing assessments
* Prepare investment memorandums, credit applications, and fact sheets for Credit Committee approval
* Coordinate with investors, notaries, senior lenders, and internal back‑office teams throughout transaction execution
Your Profile
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven experience within the Swiss financial services or real estate financing market
* Strong expertise in bridge loan structuring, structured debt transactions
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong execution focus
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* High level of precision, professionalism, and team spirit
* Fluency in French and English is mandatory
* Swiss German is a strong advantage
* Excellent command of MS Office and standard financial tools
Additional Assets
* Experience working with (U)HNWI clients and real estate professionals
* Existing network within wealth management, family offices, private banking, or real estate sectors
* Ability to operate autonomously in a fast‑growing and dynamic environment
