In this role at Vyntra, you will:
Deliver full end-to-end technical implementation projects for our transaction intelligence platform, ensuring successful deployment and adoption
Maintain strong technical capability across Linux-based environments and Vyntra technologies
Design, configure and deploy integrations and technical solutions to the required standard of quality
Work directly with customers to understand requirements and advise on best use of the platform
Troubleshoot issues across customer environments, integrations and deployments in a calm and methodical way
Provide service and support at levels 1/2/3 where needed
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Presales, Sales and R&D teams
Participate in pre-sales activities including proof-of-concepts and technical discuss
