Job Description
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide guidance to leadership on talent management and skills development.
Provide expertise to leadership on organisational change, participating in managing key projects such as system standardisation and workflows.
Lead employee relations initiatives to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture.
Support recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers and directors to identify talent needs.
Facilitate and animate training and development programs such as workshops to enhance employee performance.
Participate in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership.
The Successful Applicant
5-8 years experience as HR Business Partner.
Educational background in human resources.
Proficiency in German and in English.
Experience in a technological, engineering, industrial or life science field is an asset.
Expertise in talent management and organisational change.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with leadership and across all levels of the organisation.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools.
