Offer of Employment: Office Manager - Hospitality Investment & Management Platform
Fluxus Ventures Holding AG is launching a hospitality investment & management platform to acquire, manage and reposition iconic 4* and 5* hotels in Switzerland. Our ambition is to manage 400+ keys by 2030. We seek to recruit an Office Manager who will directly report to the platform’s Managing Partners. This role is for a highly qualified, motivated and entrepreneurial candidate (M/F) and provides for significant career and professional development.
Responsibilities
A genuinely varied role at the intersection of investment, operations, and entrepreneurship. You will be expected to contribute to all aspects of our day‑to‑day office operations, including but not limited to:
* Bookkeeping: process accounts payable and receivable across multiple entities, track invoices and management fees, bank reconciliations, and coordinate with accountants and auditors.
* Operations Management: run the office, manage travel, and coordinate with suppliers.
* Support the investment and asset management team: help with project organization, presentations, and coordinate with partners and investors.
Background
* Tier‑1 education and relevant professional background.
* Minimum 3 years of hands‑on relevant office management or junior accountant experience. Experience in a fast‑charging environment a plus.
* German and English mother‑tongue or complete fluency is an absolute must. French is a plus.
* Full proficiency in MS software.
* Part‑time job (3/5).
