* Develop customer excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.
* Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor.
* Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in‑person formats for global deployment.
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.
* Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.
