Process Improvement Manager - F/M/X
Amaris Consulting, an independent technology consulting firm with over 1,000 clients worldwide, seeks a Process Improvement Manager to optimize operations, focusing on logistics and production.
Responsibilities
* Map and document current logistics and production processes.
* Analyze and benchmark existing processes against target states; evaluate alternative suppliers and technologies.
* Develop concepts for new coating procedures, equipment requirements, organizational adjustments, and logistics flows.
* Plan implementation, including creating roadmaps, investment plans, and control processes.
* Coordinate and manage projects to ensure smooth execution between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Evaluate alternative coatings and suppliers, assessing feasibility, cost, and operational impact.
* Analyze the impact of proposed changes on operations and customer interfaces.
* Propose logistics and production concepts, including lot sizes, production planning, and controlling/financing.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Management.
* Demonstrated experience in project management, implementation planning, analysis, and benchmarking.
* Fluency in both English and German.
* Familiarity with process mapping tools and project management software.
* Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, effective communication, and teamwork.
