You analyse complex operational and technical changes, guiding their safe and coordinated implementation across the system landscape.br/Working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and change management, you help resolve technical challenges, integrate new capabilities, and deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. You help evolve and keep the systems compliant with the latest EASA and EUROCONTROL regulations. /p liAssess and analyse system impacts arising from complex operational and technical changes across the AIM application landscape /li liPlan, coordinate, and execute change and project activities in both agile and waterfall delivery environments /li liCollaborate with AIM application engineers to ensure seamless system integration and effective knowledge sharing /li liDevelop and maintain clear, structured architecture documentation and models according to the Skyguide modelling standards /li liAct as a key point of contact for change managers, ensuring smooth planning and execution of major system transformations aligned with the engineering teams /li liWork with Air Traffic Management architects and business stakeholders to develop the vision and integration of the AIM domain within Skyguide's system landscape /li liDegree in Information Technology, Aeronautics, or a related technical discipline; aviation experience is an advantage /li liProven experience in application or system architecture within high-reliability or safety-critical environments /li liExperience with distributed system architectures, API architecture and design, complex data structures, data modelling, database management systems /li liKnowledge of AIS/AIM business domain, AIXM, digital NOTAM, SWIM is a significant asset /li liProblemsolving: You gather accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way /li liCommunication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening /li liProficient in English written and orally, good command in German or French is a plus /li pbr/We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
