Responsibilities
(Supply Chain Management & Operational Execution)
5. Manage a global portfolio with varied complexity (SKUs, nodes, CMOs, etc.)
6. Handle planning activities and generate accurate requirements across supply chain nodes
7. Develop scenarios to prevent/resolve supply issues and manage exceptions
8. Manage order and inventory, including inventory reporting and master data maintenance
9. Collaborate with key stakeholders (Demand Management, Site Planners, Finance, etc.)
(IBP Integrated Business Planning)
10. Represent the Global Planning team in IBP and External Manufacturing meetings
11. Support profit, volume, and allocation planning (API, bulk, and finished goods)
(Brand Strategy)
12. Participate in medium/long-term product strategy projects
13. Support strategic initiatives, network changes, system disentanglement, and lifecycle management
14. Manage site relationships
(Metrics & Continuous Improvement)
15. Track and optimize metrics (LIFR, Plan Attainment, Inventory)
16. Drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
17. Bachelor's in related fields (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.)
18. 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Logistics
19. Strong communication, analytical, and quantitative skills
20. Ability to collaborate across global organizational boundaries
21. Data accuracy focus and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP S4/Hana
22. Preferably experienced in BI tools (Power BI, Qlik View) and APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP)
