In your role as a Junior Global Mobility Specialist you manage designated in- and outbound assignments as well as local foreign hires and you coordinate business travelers and cross-border commuters. Your contribution to KPMG Be a central point of contact for international assignments at each stage of the process Discuss the assignment packages and conditions with the assignees and manage their expectations Administrate the entire assignment process (updating database, contract & cost management, repatriation etc.) Coordinate payroll, finance, tax and external providers Cooperate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Payroll as well as our Tax & Legal department Support our Business line and assignees with questions on Swiss immigration regulations and appropriate permit set ups as well as Swiss tax implications and social insurance Ensure the regulatory compliance of firm-wide international business travel This is what makes you successful Bachelor's degree (e.g. in Business Administration) or Commercial Apprenticeship with further education in HR/Global Mobility First professional experience and a keen interest in areas such as immigration, social security, taxation and compliance Proficient German and English skills are required, French is a plus Used to deal with competing priorities and guaranteeing high quality output at the same time Service-oriented, proactive personality, great apprehension, and high motivation to work independently Are you interested?
