Mechatronics technician (m/f/d)

To assist our client, a well-known garage in the canton of Fribourg, we are actively seeking a mechatronics technician for automobiles.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic and mechanical diagnostics on vehicles
• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing work
• Repair mechanical, electrical and electronic systems
• Work on braking, air conditioning, transmission and engine systems
• Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer software
• Conduct safety checks and road tests
• Ensure quality work within deadlines
• Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repairs

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma as an automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent training
• Experience in a garage or automotive workshop appreciated
• Good knowledge of embedded electronics and diagnostic systems
• Interest in new technologies and hybrid/electric vehicles
• Autonomous, rigorous and organised working method
• Team spirit and customer service orientation
• Category B driving licence required
