Your Tasks
* Manage internal packaging orders for clinical trial material
* Ensure on‑time and complete delivery of investigational medicinal product
* Coordinate standard packaging set‑ups with cross‑functional stakeholders
* Work closely with quality, operations, and supply chain team
* Handle operational issues and support timely resolution of deviation
* Contribute to process improvements in a regulated environment
Your Profile
* At least 3 years of experience in clinical supply chain management
* Experience in clinical order management is a strong advantage
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
* Experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP), Oracle Manufacturing Planning, or Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO)
* Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
* Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and attention to detail
* Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment is an advantage
* Lean management or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
