The Translational Science Leader (TSL) plays a pivotal role in driving the scientific and clinical strategy across early and late‑stage development programs within the oncology portfolio. This function bridges discovery science, clinical development, biomarker strategy, and precision medicine to accelerate the successful advancement of innovative therapeutics. In this role, you will shape and guide global development programs from early target assessment through registration and life‑cycle management. You will define the translational vision for assigned assets, ensuring scientific excellence, data‑driven decision‑making, and seamless integration of biomarkers, patient segmentation strategies, and companion diagnostics. You will also contribute to building a collaborative, innovation‑driven environment with minimal hierarchy, enabling teams to push boundaries in diagnostic science and contribute meaningfully to breakthroughs in oncology.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead translational strategy for assigned programs from target discovery through late‑stage development and life‑cycle management
* Drive precision medicine approaches, including biomarker strategy, patient segmentation, and proof‑of‑mechanism/biology activities
* Ensure scientific differentiation of therapeutic assets through robust translational science
* Partner cross‑functionally with clinical development, discovery research, biomarker sciences, regulatory, and commercial teams
* Guide the development and execution of companion diagnostic strategies
* Champion scientific innovation and promote a collaborative, agile working culture
* Influence decision‑making through strong scientific leadership and data‑driven insights
* Oversee external collaborations with academic partners, CROs, and technology providers
Qualifications Required
* Medical Doctor (MD) and/or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a closely related discipline
* Strong track record in oncology translational science, including biomarker development and precision medicine
* Experience working in cross‑functional development teams across early and late‑stage programs
* Demonstrated scientific leadership and ability to drive complex projectsExcellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
