About this role:
The Integration Architect is a hybrid strategic–technical leadership role responsible for designing robust integration architectures, managing end‑to‑end integration initiatives, and driving the adoption and governance of AI-enabled solutions. This role ensures seamless interoperability across systems, effective stakeholder engagement, and alignment with enterprise technology strategies — ultimately enabling business transformation and increased operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and govern comprehensive integration architectures aligned with enterprise goals and technology roadmaps.
* Develop integration patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks to improve consistency, maintainability, and scalability.
* Advocate for long-term ownership of data, custom models, and algorithms.
* Manage implementation and integration of AI solutions, identifying optimization opportunities across the enterprise.
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integration and AI‑enabled projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk mitigation.
* Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leaders to understand requirements and shape integration strategies.
* Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data mappings, system specifications, and technical standards.
* Provide technical guidance to developers, engineers, and junior architects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 12+ years of experience in software development/integration, including at least 3 years in an integration architecture or integration leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Solace, SAP CPI, TIBCO, webMethods).
* Proficiency in API design, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud integration services.
* Strong understanding of AI procurement risks, pricing models, and vendor landscapes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure technical solutions.
