About the role:
This role offers hands‑on experience in a large‑scale enterprise environment, providing direct exposure to real time troubleshooting and client interactions. You will work on critical infrastructure, gaining practical expertise in the Onsite support domain. The project ensures strong learning opportunities, career progression and ownership of end‑to‑end issue resolution in a dynamic field setting.
* Provides second level of investigation and diagnosis (physically in Customer’s site)
* Ensures tickets are always updated until issues are resolved
* Performs IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) of End user hardware (Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, desk phones, meeting room devices etc.).
* Communicate with client regarding incident progress.
* Coordinate activities with third parties to resolve the IT issues or complete service requests on site.
* Assist Server Team & network team whenever touch support is required. onsite for servers in local server rooms or NW devices at site.
* Maintain server room inventories, room layout and assets list
Ensure off‑hours presence in case of scheduled maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong work ethic, combined with the ability to work independently
* hands‑on experience (H/W and S/W) – Laptops/Desktops, Mobile devices and printers
* Good knowledge of Win 10/Win 11, software installation and troubleshooting
* Background experience in IT Support (Computers, Mobile phones and iPads)
* Good analytical and coordination skills are essential
* Must have knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and the basics regarding the Service Level Agreement.
