PpRandstad Svizzera SA /p pAre you interested in working for a global company that empowers the brands that empower the world? /p h3We Are Looking For /h3 pQuality Engineer /p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liSupport the team dedicated to New Product introduction: participate in Design transfer meetings and provide input to DFMEA /li liEnsure CTQ cascade from Design input up to the inspection plan /li liDevelop appropriate measurement systems (Gages) for ongoing product inspection /li liPlan and execute Test Method validation (TMV) /li liActively participate in Engineering Studies for process characterization: collect data and conduct various analytical/statistical analyses and interpretation as part of process improvements and day-to-day support /li liCollaborate with projects for process improvement and automation implementation /li liDevelop control plans consistent with product classification, potential defect types, defect frequency /li liReview and release Production Risk Management documentation /li liProduce reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum Bachelor Degree in the technical matter (Biomedical/Mechanical/Automation engineering) /li liMinimum of 3 years of analogous working experience in a manufacturing environment (Medical Device, pharmaceutical, automotive preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience /li liExperience in a highly regulated environment (knowledge of standards such as ISO13485, CFR 21 part 820, MDR) /li liKnowledge of Six Sigma techniques and/or inferential statistical techniques is required /li liMS Office, Agile, and Windchill is a plus /li liFluent communication in Italian and English /li /ul h3Your Skills /h3 ul liStrong organization skills - Rigorous and disciplined /li liIndependent /li liPositive /li liPersistent Resilient, Ability to overcome business personal challenges /li liProactive /liliStrong communication skills at multiple levels of the organization /li liCreative: Ability to translate complex situations into simple solutions /li liPlans, schedules and performs moderately complex engineering projects to evaluate, select, and adapt or modify standard manufacturing techniques, procedures, and criteria to increase the efficiency of plant operations /li liFlexible /li liPrecise /li /ul pThe role is based in Mezzovico.
