We manage large institutional real estate portfolios in the canton of Geneva. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an·e
Assistant ·e property manager (100 %)
as a maternity leave replacement, for a period of about 5 months starting autumn 2026.
Organised, precise and thorough, you demonstrate excellent team spirit and know how to manage priorities with responsibility and efficiency.
Your responsibilities
Administrative management of rentals: handling terminations, returning deposits, preparing leases, etc.
Technical management: requesting quotes, issuing purchase orders, organising and conducting property inspections.
General correspondence, administrative support to various departments as well as to Management.
Your profile
Holder of a commercial employee CFC, you have at least two years of proven experience in a similar role in Switzerland. Additional training (SVIT/USPI) is an asset.
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English (conversational level) is desirable.
Good interpersonal skills, autonomy, initiative and ease in writing are among your recognised qualities.
Comfortable with common IT tools, you work methodically and reliably. Knowledge of Garaio REM software is an advantage.
Driving licence and personal vehicle essential.
