We are seeking to hire a Process Engineer (m/w/d) to join us at SCHOTT Pharma in St. Gallen within our global R&D department, starting immediately.
Your Contribution
* Develop advanced hot forming processes with internal and external partners, define equipment requirements, and secure intellectual property.
* Implement new hot forming equipment and support FAT/SAT until transfer to production.
* Manage complex innovation, customer-specific, and industrialization projects from conception to global production transfer.
* Plan technical work packages, ensuring they meet quality, delivery, and cost targets in collaboration with your project manager.
* Qualify and validate equipment and processes according to our development standards and regulations.
* Travel to global production sites and suppliers up to 30% of the time.
Your Profile
* Degree in Engineering with mechanical or mechatronic background.
* Several years of experience in developing or automating manufacturing processes or equipment.
* Knowledge of glass processes like hot forming, statistical data analysis, and problem solving (Six Sigma certification is a plus).
* Experience with equipment and process qualification, validation, and standards such as 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 15378.
* Fluent in English and German, with strong communication skills.
* Structured work style with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
