About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding customer base, and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our portfolio, competitor offerings, and market trends. You will also analyze customer and market data to shape sales strategies and provide regular performance updates to management.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and sell orthopedic products within the assigned territory, focusing on strategic key accounts.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with orthopedic surgeons and other key stakeholders.
* Deliver or coordinate effective product training for clinical users and hospital teams.
* Identify and follow up on new business opportunities in alignment with strategic goals.
* Maintain expert-level knowledge of our portfolio, competitor offerings, and market trends.
* Analyze customer and market data to shape sales strategies.
Requirements
* Minimum 2-3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong relationship-building capabilities across clinical and administrative environments.
* Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to a dynamic business landscape.
Education and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g. in business, economics, or life sciences).
* Solid understanding of the healthcare system, health economics, and procurement processes.
* Clinical understanding of orthopedic products and competitive positioning.
Travel Expectations
* Regular travel within the assigned territory (by car).
* Occasional overnight stays.
* Occasional international travel for training or meetings.
