Responsibilities
* Provide first- and second-level support in client and server environments
* Analyze and address customer issues and needs
* Maintain client and server infrastructures
* Manage support requests and reporting
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in server and client environments, especially virtualized setups
* Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ and initial support experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, MS365, MS Teams, and PowerShell
* Knowledge of ITIL, especially incident, change, and problem management
* Fluent German and good English skills
