In this versatile role, you'll support various business functions – from Sales and Supply Chain to Finance and Marketing – while actively driving our company's digital evolution.You'll report directly to the Head of Business Systems and work in a small, agile team that manages and continuously optimizes our technological infrastructure across continents.What will you doSystem Administration & Development: Managing and enhancing SAP Business One (T-SQL version) along with other enterprise systems that keep our global operations running smoothly. Leading the migration of legacy processes to modern 2025+ standardsData Analysis & Reporting: Creating and maintaining sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI, delivering actionable insights across the organization. Designing professional, user-friendly Power BI reports that drive data-informed decision-makingProcess Optimization: Analyzing and improving production and finance processes in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Not being afraid to challenge and modernize existing workflows for 2025 and beyondApplication Lifecycle Management: Showcasing new developments, analyzing existing applications, and rigorously testing both current and emerging solutions to ensure optimal performance and business valueCross-Cultural Collaboration: Communicating and coordinating with international teams across multiple continents and cultures – from Singapore to SpainTraining & Knowledge Transfer: Delivering effective training programs to colleagues across all departments and cultural backgrounds, ensuring widespread adoption of new systems and processesTechnical Solution Development: Contributing to developing scripts and automations that drive efficiency across our operationsCRM Support: Assisting in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system (ideally SugarCRM or similar)What do we expectSwiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in IT (Informatiker/in EFZ or equivalent)Solid knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL and SSRSProgramming knowledge in C#, PHP, or other languages/scriptingPractical Power BI expertise with proven ability to design effective reports and dashboardsExperience analyzing, testing, and validating business applicationsExperience with SAP Business One (T-SQL version) preferred Experience with CRM systems (ideally SugarCRM)Hands-on experience with AI tools and their practical applications in the real world making a real differenceStrong analytical skills and structured approach to problem-solvingGenuine curiosity to understand production, supply chain and financial processesConfident communicator in international, multicultural settingsConfident with modernizing legacy processes and driving digital transformationAbility to train and mentor users from diverse departments and cultural backgroundsCan-do mentality paired with critical thinking about broader impactsEagerness to learn new systems and technologiesFluent language skills in EnglishGerman is considered a plusOur offerCompetitive remuneration packageTeam building events and company activities Opportunities for professional development Free car parkingFor this position we only consider direct applications via our platform.About us
