As a visionary leader, you will spearhead the global relaunch and evolution of a luxury fashion brand. You will craft immersive storytelling, build cultural relevance, and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, desirability, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Brand Relaunch Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
* Creative Direction: Lead 360° campaigns that elevate brand engagement through innovative storytelling, phygital experiences, and AI-driven personalization.
* Marketing Strategy: Own the marketing P&L, drive revenue growth, and optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* 15+ years of experience in luxury fashion marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
* Proven success in relaunching or repositioning a luxury fashion brand.
* Strong commercial acumen, expertise in DTC marketing, e-commerce, and performance channels.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
