About Our Client

Job Description
 * Manage inbound/outbound transactions and returns across global inventory locations.
 * Analyze and resolve system interface errors (Idocs) with cross-functional teams.
 * Reconcile inventory data between APL and warehousing systems; identify root causes and implement improvements.
 * Ensure compliance with customs, SOX and other regulatory standards.
 * Support product lifecycle activities including launches, extensions, and discontinuations.
 * Coordinate international orders with affiliates, distributors, and manufacturing sites.
 * Host regular stakeholder meetings to drive collaboration and improvement.
 * Assist in team prioritization, escalation management, and resource planning.
 * Act as deputy to the manager for functional topics and decisions.
 * Contribute to project delivery and system setup for new products.
 * Maintain high control maturity and prevent trading flow disruptions.
The Successful Applicant
 * Higher education in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
 * Minimum 3 years' experience in multinational environments.
 * Fluent in English; French and German are a plus.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Proactive, results-driven, and deadline-oriented.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Comfortable working in matrix and team environments.
 * Adaptable to change and capable of challenging the status quo.
 * Knowledge of global supply chain systems and processes.
 * Effective time management and prioritization skills.
 * Experience in regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
