Are you passionate about software development and quality assurance? We are looking for a talented and dedicated Software Engineer to join our Quality team in Allschwil, Basel-Country, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Design and maintain UI test automation frameworks for desktop and mobile apps
* Build and support automation tools for AI-driven products
* Apply AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance software quality
* Develop intelligent testing features and improve defect management
* Accelerate bug detection in complex systems through smart automation
* Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and troubleshooting
* Improve QA solutions focused on test reporting and analytics
* Ensure high standards in code quality, performance, and reliability
* Stay current with emerging technologies and drive innovation
* Collaborate closely with Software Test Engineers
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering
* 5+ years experience in software development, including frontend
* Knowledge of AI principles and solutions
* Knowledge of Dart / Flutter or willingness to dive into new technologies
* Knowledge of application containerization (Kubernetes) desirable
* Experience with Google Cloud Platform is desirable
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Highly proactive and independent, with good interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
