As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing country and company-specific HR topics.
About the Role
You will oversee all HR processes in the employee life cycle, including payroll administration, regulatory compliance, HR process administration, employee and manager support, recruitment management, organizational support, talent acquisition, HR reporting, and HR project management.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Administration
* Manage the full payroll process using Abacus, including bonus and salary reviews, data management, salary provisions, social benefits, holidays, and overtime.
* Handle quarterly source tax declarations, year-end social insurance, and pension fund declarations, and reconcile salary and social insurance accounts.
2. Regulatory Compliance
* Ensure company policies comply with labor regulations.
* Promote employee safety, health, and welfare.
3. HR Process Administration
* Oversee all HR processes in the employee life cycle.
* Update Hapa policies and ensure compliance with Coesia regulations.
* Liaise with governmental institutes and manage the time registration system.
4. Employee and Manager Support
* Provide operational support and advice to line managers and employees.
5. Recruitment Management
* Handle the entire recruitment process, from search and selection to offer.
* Prepare job vacancy postings, screen applications, conduct interviews, and extend job offers.
6. Organizational Support
* Assist in defining organizational structures to ensure efficient business processes.
7. Talent Acquisition
* Lead talent acquisition efforts in coordination with the Coesia Talent Acquisition team.
* Support attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
8. HR Reporting
* Report HR data to Coesia and Hapa Management using Excel and SAP.
* Report to government authorities as required.
9. HR Project Management
* Support all Coesia HR projects.
* Manage and present internal HR projects.
* Organize HR events.
