Junior Business Controller 80-100% (m/f/d)
In this role, you take on a central function in provider and marketing controlling. As a Junior Business Controller, you contribute significantly to the preparation of financial statements, sound financial reporting, and ensuring correct commission flows, thus making an important contribution to the financial management of the company.
Your main tasks in this exciting role:
* Key position as a financial link between sales and network operators
* Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, especially in the area of commission accruals
* Responsibility for financial reporting and analysis in the marketing area including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
* Close collaboration with internal departments marketing, sales, and operator relations to collect, review, and analyze financial data to achieve company goals
* Review and claim commission credits for contract conclusions to ensure correct commissions and correct any errors
* Development and implementation of financial control systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the areas of commissions and marketing and to ensure compliance with regulations
Your profile - what you bring:
* Successfully completed or near completion of studies (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field
* Initial professional experience in controlling or finance is an advantage
* Knowledge of Microsoft products as well as affinity for BI and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or comparable applications) is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills and flair for numbers, combined with strong conceptual skills
* Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
* Independent, structured, and communicative personality with joy in cross‑departmental collaboration
