The position of Recruitment and Admissions Manager is a key role in the University's MBA program.
Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses several critical tasks that contribute to the success of the MBA program:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for the University's MBA program, focusing on identifying engaging storylines and creative content that drives meaningful interactions with prospective applicants.
* Manage Talent Acquisition efforts, arranging and hosting in-person information sessions with prospective applicants worldwide, and acting as the primary traveler for international recruitment.
* Represent the MBA program at international recruitment fairs and conferences, providing information about the program's curriculum, career outcomes, financing options, and other relevant topics.
* Evaluate applications, verifying transcripts, work experience, references, standardized test scores, English test scores, and conducting case-based interviews to inform admission decisions.
* Utilize CRM tools to track and communicate with leads and applicants, achieving key conversion metrics and enrolling high-quality students.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
* A Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
* At least 2 years of recruiting experience for a top-ranked MBA program with a tuition fee exceeding CHF 50,000.
* A general understanding of the education environment.
* A minimum of 8 years' experience living and working in key recruitment regions, allowing for cultural sensitivity and effective communication with diverse groups.
* 5+ years of successful experience representing at international events and establishing new client relationships.
* 1-2 years of experience working with social media as a creator, including filming, editing, copywriting, and managing accounts, with demonstrated willingness to star in content.
* A proven track record of gaining followers interested in an MBA program through social media channels.
* A history of meeting competitive monthly and yearly recruiting targets tied to revenue and rankings, while adapting to uncertainty and pressure.
