Key ResponsibilitiesSupport regional financial planning and analysis processes, including long-term planning, budgeting, outlooks, and forecastsManage monthly closing procedures and reporting, focusing on sales performance, pricing, margins, and sales adjustmentsCoordinate regional cost control initiatives related to sales and business development activitiesReview accounts receivable and monitor rebate accruals, ensuring alignment with expectations by working with sales teamsLead monthly risk and opportunity assessments in collaboration with salesAnalyze business performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and partner with commercial teams to develop strategies for growth and risk mitigationAssist in all aspects of commercial financial planning and analysis for the regionCollaborate with sub-regions and participate in the S&OP process, validating sales volumes and prices, monitoring inventory, and overseeing customer payment behaviorAct as a strategic partner connecting sales, marketing, and business development functionsProvide input on customer pricing strategies, credit limits, and regional pricing initiatives, managing approval workflows with global stakeholdersContribute to financial accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS and internal standards, supporting global accounting processesWork alongside Group Finance to enhance financial systems and processes for maximum efficiencyPerform additional duties as assigned by the regional finance leadership
