SAP PMO Assistant Role: SAP Project Manager Assistant

Duration: Until end of the year
Workload: Full time / 50% on-site
Location: Southern Switzerland (Ticino region)
Role Overview
For an ongoing SAP implementation project, we are looking for an experienced PMO Assistant with a strong SAP background. The role is a support function, working closely with the Project Manager, who remains fully responsible for project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide PMO support during the SAP implementation phase
Support project planning, coordination, and reporting activities
Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Support communication between business, IT, and implementation partners
Ensure documentation and governance standards are maintained
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as PMO or Project Support in SAP projects
Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Experience working in international project environments
Language & Location Requirements
English: mandatory
German or Italian: nice to have
50% on-site presence required in the Ticino region
