Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver Medical Affairs and cross‑functional strategy engagements
* Manage senior client relationships and ensure high‑quality project delivery
* Shape operating models, governance structures, and ways of working
* Contribute to business development, with increasing expectations at Manager and Senior Manager levels
* Support internal growth initiatives as the consultancy continues to scale
Qualifications
* 4+ years in life sciences consulting, Medical Affairs, biotech, or pharma roles
* Strong understanding of Medical Affairs strategy or operating model transformation
* Ability to deliver independently, structure complex problems, and communicate clearly
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders
* A proactive, thoughtful mindset suited to a growing consultancy
* Fluent English (German an advantage) and eligibility to work in Switzerland
