Join us in driving the project schedule forward for two of our most prestigious growth projects, namely multiple new aseptic filling lines! In this role you will be maintaining a clear, up‑to‑date plan, creating insightful dashboards, and proactively gathering the information needed to keep all workstreams aligned from equipment qualification through PPQ‑ready operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure documentation, SOPs, milestones, communication, and troubleshooting efforts come together seamlessly to enable engineering runs, performance qualification, and ultimately the first commercial batches.

What You Will Do
* Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Schedule (IS) and Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) across all project phases.
* Transform complex project data into clear, impactful visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders.
* Coordinate across workstreams, consolidating updates, ensuring alignment, and identifying risks or bottlenecks for the E2E Director.
* Assess, challenge, and validate proposed timelines and engineering inputs—especially for customer‑facing projects—with a focus on realistic planning and Probability of Success.
* Drive effective governance by supporting ORP processes, defining interface milestones, and ensuring full integration of workstreams into the Capex schedule.
* Facilitate workshops to shape the end‑to‑end project timeline and contribute to continuous improvement of coordination tools and PMO practices.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong project management experience, with hands‑on proficiency in MS Project and Power BI. Experience with Primavera P6 is a plus.
* Proven ability to turn complex data sets into clear, meaningful dashboards and insights.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with OPEX projects is a must, additional experience with CAPEX projects is a plus.
* Proactive and independent working style, with the confidence to gather information assertively while maintaining collaborative relationships.
* Comfortable working with diverse personalities and building strong cross‑functional connections.
* Fluency in English; German or French and a scientific background are beneficial assets.
