Salary: CHF 110’000 - 120’000 per year
Requirements:
* • Solid background in engineering, ideally with deep experience in frontend technologies and platforms
* • Proven track record in engineering leadership roles, including team management and organizational development
* • Strong product mindset and ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions
* • Experience leading distributed teams across different locations or time zones
* • Operational awareness with a focus on delivery predictability and system reliability
* • Empathetic and outcome-driven leadership style, focused on enabling others to succeed
* • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functional and organizational boundaries
Responsibilities:
* • Lead and develop distributed frontend engineering teams through coaching, mentorship, and career growth
* • Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of user-facing features
* • Continuously improve engineering processes to enhance speed, quality, and team productivity
* • Drive alignment across product, design, and engineering to deliver cohesive customer experiences
* • Define and monitor engineering impact through measurable KPIs linked to business outcomes
* • Promote a culture of ownership, inclusion, excellence, and continuous feedback
* • Define and uphold service-level objectives (SLOs) for frontend reliability and performance
* • Plan team capacity, drive hiring, and scale the team to meet product roadmap needs
