Responsibilities
* Specialized in preparing tandoori items.
* Ability to prepare sauces and curry preparation
* Must be able to prepare breads and meats in the Tandoor (Indian style clay oven) oven
* Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
* Garnishing and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques
* Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control
* Proficient with Tandoori‑BBQ specialty equipment
* Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
* Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
* Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced (min 5+ years in a well reputed restaurant or hotel) and Qualified (preferably a diploma or a degree in Hospitality)
* A commitment to work for a minimum of two years at our restaurants here in Switzerland is expected
