Tasks
As Head of Business Development & Corporate Responsibility you are leading a diverse and cross-functional team of 10 employees. Together with your team you are driving the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives by aligning different areas and departments.
* Shaping the future direction of SWISS through the conception, management and execution of key business development initiatives and related projects
* Steering of the organisational development
* Define and ensure the implementation of the sustainability roadmap in all areas within SWISS and steering of projects related to Corporate Responsibility topics
* Design the organizational structures needed to ensure the future readiness of the company and support top management with their restructuring challenges
* Ensure strategic focus and priorities are implemented within SWISS efficiency program
* The position also ensures the Corporate Office activities for the Management Board

Requirements
* Master's degree in economics, business engineering or a natural science discipline
* 10 years of experience in a similar role and leading cross-functional teams
* Specific experience in organisational- and process design, project management and/or business consulting
* Broad experience in different markets and industries, experience in airline industry is a strong advantage
* Convincing management and leadership skills
* Proven success and experience in large, corporate-wide projects
* "Can-do" mentality combined with strong implementation skills
* Excellent communications skills in German as well as in English and the ability to simplify complicated matters
