Job description
1. Based in Baar, Switzerland, you build strong working relationships with the brand’s home base in the UK, gaining an in-depth understanding of its origin and DNA.
2. You support the Global Marketing Manager in developing and cultivating the brand’s global visual identity – think brand look & feel, including packaging design. You also take the lead in maintaining brand books and ensuring internal stakeholders can utilize these tools.
3. You develop brand assets such as POS materials, media campaigns, and the brand website.
4. You support the development of new products and the optimization of existing ones, including preparation for Sales team deployments.
5. You build strong relationships with key local brand teams, fostering passion for the brand and creating toolkits that enable local teams to deliver strong launch plans and successful activation strategies.
6. You act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (e.g. creative studio) and external partners (e.g. creative and research agencies).
7. You support the Global Marketing Manager with analyses and presentations to enable fast, informed decision-making by senior stakeholders.

Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you should have:
9. A Master’s degree in a business-related field. Additional qualifications in marketing are a plus.
10. A first experience in a similar role, ideally about 3 years, in brand management or category management. This will give you the confidence and skills to quickly integrate in the team and take up autonomous responsibilities. Experience in FMCG is considered a plus.
11. A personal affinity for healthy snacking to bring passion and commitment for the products to the table.
12. A sense of ownership to help you bring ideas to life.
13. A hands-on attitude combined with curiosity to learn and strategic thinking, enabling you to drive both short- and long-term results.
14. Comfort working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.
