Tasks
* Development, maintenance, and further expansion of an international KOL and reference center network
* Active engagement and relationship management with key opinion leaders, ensuring strong loyalty to our products
* Identification and development of physicians as speakers for events (“podium presence”)
* Planning, organization, and management of visits with KOLs as well as at our training center, production site, and headquarters in Switzerland
* Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical & Medical Affairs
* Support of marketing and sales activities
* Responsibility for contracts, CRM maintenance, and reporting of KOL activities
* Further development and co-design of a global KOL management strategy
* Coordination and leadership of regional KOL managers
Profile
* Degree (University of Applied Sciences or university) with a focus on Marketing or a scientific background with additional marketing training
* Several years of experience in ophthalmology, optometry, or medical technology
* In-depth knowledge of the ophthalmic environment and confident interaction with medical specialists
* Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot ) and MS Office
* Strong communication skills with a persuasive personality and high level of social competence
* Structured, cross-functional working style and intercultural competence
* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40–60%)
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
