Join our team.To reinforce the Flik Flak team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a:Marketing Project Leader Flik Flak 100%Job descriptionMain responsibilities will include:Develop and coordinate trade marketing materials (collateral) in alignment with brand strategy and retail needs.Define and implement training strategies, including the creation of training material and coordination with different stakeholders.Lead and develop projects for personalized watches from technical maintenance to e-commerce integration in close collaboration with the different stakeholders.Lead cross-functional marketing projects from concept to execution, including instore activations, story books, etc.Manage photoshoots in collaboration with Team Leader, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.Supervise the department apprentice, providing guidance, training and support in their daily tasks.Support internal administrative tasks (organizing trips, follow up on contracts, internal platforms, etc).Monitor and report on project performance, including monthly updates budget controlCoordinate and lead internal meetingsProfileProfile:Commercial qualificationsExperience in Project ManagementAbility to work independentlyAbility to manage multiple projects involving coordination of internal and external stakeholdersProfessional requirementsYou are a team player, who is fast deliverer and open for changes.
