Ph3Job Description /h3 ul liSupport front‑office and business management activities within a strategic transformation programme. /li liCoordinate business‑related implementation activities and data clean‑up initiatives. /li liTranslate classification and data requirements into clear business rules and operational processes. /li liConduct impact analyses and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liEnsure high data quality standards across client‑facing processes. /li liSupport process improvements and business readiness activities. /li /ul pIn this role, you will support front‑office and business management activities related to a large‑scale classification and data clean‑up project. The position focuses on ensuring a smooth and business‑aligned transition across client‑facing processes while coordinating closely with multiple stakeholders across the organisation. /p pThis is a six‑month contract on a 60% basis, with home office offered. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong understanding of front‑office banking processes such as onboarding, CRM, and client data management. /li liExperience working on cross‑functional business transformation or data‑related projects in a position as Business Manager, PMO or Project Coordinator. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liIndependent, proactive, and structured working style. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liStrong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liFluent English skills are mandatory (German nice to have). /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 pPlease note interviews would be conducted via video call, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland. /p h3Our Client Offers /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment on a long‑term basis, on a 60% basis. /li li6‑month contract with strong chance of extension. /li li2 days home office. /li liModern office in central Zurich. /li liTwo‑stage interview process (all conducted via video). /li liStart date ASAP. /li /ul pAre you interested to work in an international environment in one of the most important financial companies worldwide?
