About the Role
As a Financial Reporting Solution Business Analyst Graduate, you will be responsible for delivering financial reporting solutions that meet the organization's needs.
You will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures.
* Support monthly and quarterly closes by validating figures and highlighting key performance drivers
* Develop an understanding of how insurance accounting results connect to group reporting across different accounting bases
* Transform data into clear analyses and visualizations that inform strategic decisions for finance leaders using modern analytics platforms
* Contribute to digitalization initiatives that make reporting processes faster, more transparent, and increasingly reliable
* Collaborate across disciplines with finance, actuarial, and data colleagues through structured rotations and project work
